In today's fast-paced world, it is not uncommon to encounter moments that leave us feeling like trash, because we feel so easily disposable by friends and even family. I have personally grappled with such feelings in the past.


Experiencing these emotions can be profoundly disconcerting, causing us to question our inherent worth and even contemplate the value of our own existence. This often led me to believe that my friends and family were merely tolerating my presence out of kindness rather than genuinely valuing me.


However, when confronted with these periods of doubt, it is paramount to remember the existence of true connections both from family and friends.


There are individuals in our lives who will unfalteringly support and stand by us through all circumstances. In this blog post, I will share how I overcame feeling disposable by learning to recognize and rely on those steadfast relationships that provide unwavering love and support throughout life's myriad challenges.


It is through these enduring connections that we find comfort and strength, affirming that we are not dispensable but rather cherished and valued for our true selves.
